Scope: PreBorn! is seeking an experienced and passionate HR leader to join our team as our Human Resources Director. This pivotal role will provide strategic direction, leadership and implementation for all aspects of human resources, from benefits to recruiting to resolving interpersonal complaints.

Direct Reports: HR Associates (Future Hires)
Position Location: On-site in Indianapolis, IN
A Little About Us: Pre-Born! is a national grant-maker exclusively for pregnancy clinics across the U.S. (and a few beyond)! We empower clinics through providing training, consultation, and equipment to help rescue babies from abortion and bring mothers and their families to the saving knowledge of Christ.

Qualifications:
- Personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Agreement with and adherence to PreBorn!’s Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct.
- 100% pro-life.
- A seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing HR teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to partner strategically with the Executive Team to align HR initiatives with overall organizational goals.
- A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Deep understanding of employment law and best practices, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Experience with HRIS software and a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience and strong ability to document employee lifecycle preferred.
- Previous experience in faith-based and/or non-profit organizations preferred.

Duties:
- Build and oversee the entire HR department, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Recruit, hire, and develop a talented HR team, empowering them to excel.
- Administrate payroll and benefits on-time.
- Partner with the Executive Team to develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with PreBorn!'s mission and vision.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent through strategic recruitment, onboarding, and performance management practices.
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends, proposing competitive programs to attract and retain high performers.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to management and staff on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and investigations.
- Partner with the Executive Team to create and implement learning and development opportunities for all employees.
- Stay abreast of HR technology trends and explore opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
