RN - 1st Shift $55/hr

Join our team at a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility! We're looking for dedicated RNs to provide top-quality care for our residents.

Details of the job:

• 1st shifts available
• Every other weekend required
• Convenient public transportation, access to food and laundry
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio is 1:7 (currently below capacity)

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to a varied resident population
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and ongoing reassessments of patient health and treatment responses
• Work collaboratively with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Supervise and assist LPNs, CNAs, and other team members

Qualifications:

• Experience in long-term care (nursing home, skilled nursing facility)
• Reliable, honest, and a positive influence on the team
• Active RN license in MA
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
