Compensation: $20 - $24/hr

The Systems Coordinator is a member of the Technology team providing both departmental and corporate administrative team support. The Systems Coordinator’s primary focus is the implementation of various software system updates to maintain data integrity. Through the creation and validation of reports in Tableau and Excel, the Systems Coordinator helps to provide real-time data to the administrative team such as Client Services, Human Resources, Compliance, and others. The Systems Coordinator will also engage in special projects tasked to the Product, Systems and Data Analytics team.
This position reports to the Director of Systems.
Responsibilities
- Create dashboards in Tableau to serve as tools to streamline processes for various departments.
- Perform report validation for Tableau dashboards created by Business Analyst and Junior Data Analyst.
- Create detailed and accurate ad hoc Excel reports upon request.
- Update and deliver actionable Excel reports for various departments on a regular schedule.
- Perform system audits and make updates to maintain data integrity in software systems such as Salesforce, Central Reach, and Litmos.
- Assist with data updates in software systems required by process changes, new software releases, and other related updates.
- Upload, update, and maintain employee data in software systems.
- Provide assistance with departmental projects as needed.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Ability to build basic reports and dashboards from managed data sources in Tableau.
- Experience in building Excel reports, including use of functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, etc.
- Detail-oriented for review of system data integrity and report validation.
- Agile: Able to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Organized: Keeps track of multiple projects and priorities using documented organizational tools, plans, and timelines.
- Self-disciplined: Approaches work with consistency, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively about project progress, blockers, and ideas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player attitude: able to build rapport and trust with colleagues and demonstrate alignment with team’s priorities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
