About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our dynamic CEO and COO. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and work independently to ensure the smooth running of the executive office.
Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and coordinate travel itineraries, visas, and accommodations.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails.
- Take and transcribe meeting notes.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage expense reports and reimbursements.
Strategic Support:
- Conduct research and analysis on various topics as needed.
- Assist with project management and coordination.
- Help to identify and implement process improvements.
- Support strategic initiatives and business development efforts.
Office Management:
- Oversee office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate office events and meetings.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication.
Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a can-do approach.

Compensation for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience.
