Job functions

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our executives in various capacities. This position demands a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to our team's success, helping to drive client engagement, marketing efforts, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement Monitoring and Interaction: Proactively manage executive calendars, scheduling and coordinating client meetings, calls, and appointments. Act as a liaison between executives and clients, ensuring timely and professional communication. Monitor and track client engagements, providing regular updates to the executive team.
  • Creating Marketing Creatives and Scripting: Develop visually compelling marketing creatives for various platforms and campaigns. Collaborate with marketing teams to align creative content with brand messaging and strategy. Assist in scripting for presentations, marketing materials, and other promotional activities.
  • Social Media Management: Curate, schedule, and monitor content across social media channels to enhance brand visibility. Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and escalate issues when necessary. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities on social media.
  • General Admin Tasks: Perform a variety of general administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing. Support executives in day-to-day tasks to enhance overall efficiency. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.

Qualifications and requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and Admin Role or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creative software tools for graphic design and scripting.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

System and Work Setup Requirements:

  • A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.
  • Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution.
  • A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work.
