Responsibilities

  • Oversee calendar meetings for stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Manage conference room reservations, access for remote participants, catering, and meeting materials
  • Create, plan, and coordinate extensive domestic and international travel details
  • Monitor and process employee expenses and travel claims in accordance with policy
  • Analyze key contact lists and data entry
  • Provide and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 4+ years of administrative experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Concur
