Our client is a financial services firm. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their San Francisco, CA office.
Responsibilities
- Oversee calendar meetings for stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Manage conference room reservations, access for remote participants, catering, and meeting materials
- Create, plan, and coordinate extensive domestic and international travel details
- Monitor and process employee expenses and travel claims in accordance with policy
- Analyze key contact lists and data entry
- Provide and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 4+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Concur
