Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Location: Rockville, MD (Onsite 3 Days Per Week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Travel Management: Coordinate complex schedules, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Email Management: Monitor, organize, and respond to emails, ensuring timely follow-up and prioritization.
  • Social Media Management: Help maintain the CEO’s and Company's professional social media presence, including content scheduling and engagement.
  • Business Development Support: In collaboration with the Director of Business Development, assist with CRM updates, tracking sales cadence, preparing materials for client pitches, overseeing RFP/RFIs, and following up on leads.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Personal Support: Manage personal appointments, errands, and scheduling to free up the CEO’s time for strategic priorities.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring precise and timely communication.
  • Project Support: Conduct research, create presentations, and support special initiatives in collaboration with Client Delivery leadership.
  • Operations & Finance: Organize files, track expenses, assist with financial reporting, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and speaking engagements.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives in Government or IT Consulting organizations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM / ERP solutions.
  • Experience managing social media (LinkedIn) accounts for professional purposes.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information, including CUI.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
