High growth real estate development and healthcare company is seeking motivated and creative team members to carry out our expansion plans. We presently are working on the development of a high-rise luxury tower, along with our construction and operating platform of three healthcare facilities in the Las Vegas area with a total of over a 420-bed capacity. Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the First Vice President.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing facility.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Manage and coordinate staff schedules and duties.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and improve the quality of care provided to residents.
  • Handle budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints from residents or their families.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive care plans.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Three years of proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in a nursing facility.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be available at any time to meet the CEO's needs, providing comprehensive support across both personal and professional tasks. This role requires someone who is dependable, exercises full initiative, and can anticipate the CEO's needs while managing a wide range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, filtering communications and handling inquiries as appropriate.
  • Proactively prioritize tasks as needed.
  • Assist with personal errands.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and business engagements.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and take the initiative to address them, ensuring that everything runs smoothly with minimal direction.
  • Drive the CEO to various business destinations within Las Vegas and California, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
  • Be available to assist the CEO outside of standard business hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal assistant, preferably to an executive.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently with little guidance and to take full initiative in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Flexibility and availability to work outside of standard office hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and technology-savvy.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
