Hallmark Aviation is seeking a professional Airline Account Manager for a prestigious international airline for our Dallas/Fort Worth, TX (DFW) location.

The Business Manager leads the airline operational and administrative processes while coordinating with the airline client/station manager to meet high quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS NEEDED:

  1. Proven leadership abilities and organizational skills
  2. Excellent interpersonal, coaching and counseling skills
  3. Understand that staff development is a leader’s responsibility
  4. Self-driven focus on customer and client satisfaction
  5. Ability to excel under pressure of meeting extreme deadlines
  6. Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  7. Experienced in planning a roster and monitoring work schedules
  8. Able to solve daily problems and make quick decisions within the operation
  9. 5 years airline experience preferred; minimum 4 years airline supervisor experience preferred
  10. Flexible and able to promote positive attitudes from subordinates
  11. Computer software (Word & Excel), typing, and ticketing experience
  12. Able to work varied hours

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE:

  1. Provide hands-on supervision of the staff and delegate workload
  2. Provide direct customer relations support
  3. Ensure that account operates according to schedule and service level agreements
  4. Recruit, interview, and hire staff
  5. Oversee the long-term analysis of manpower needs, groom potential leaders
  6. Ensure cross training as well as provide new and refresher training for staff members
  7. Manage attendance records and ensure appropriate shift coverage
  8. Handle discipline and motivation issues
  9. Process promotion, demotion and termination paperwork
  10. Enforce safety, security, and grooming standards
  11. Administer performance reward programs
  12. Control the budget for labor costs and allocation

Essential Requirements:

  1. Previous airline experience
  2. At least 18 years old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  3. English required
  4. Basic math skills: adding, subtracting, division, and multiplying
  5. Computer literate
  6. Able to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp and pick up items; occasional lifting up to 70lbs
  7. Reading & comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures
