The Role
Our Travel & Hospitality consulting practice is looking for a Manager Consulting to join our journey. We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated expertise in working with hotel clients to transform and grow their customer facing operations, owner and stakeholder profitability, and internal operations and systems.
We’re looking for Consulting Managers who can deliver within Cognizant’s Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the Engagement Lead and manage teams of Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers for one or more commercial projects.
- Support the business development activities of senior leaders within an account or region.
- Lead client workshops and support business analysis interviews.
- Monitor and supervise the daily activities of project staff.
- Enrich client partnering and anticipate client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Owner skills including backlog grooming, refinement, prioritization, feature/user stories creation, sprint planning.
- Minimum of eight years related work experience as a product owner.
- Undergraduate degree in related field (Computer Science, Engineering) required.
- Airline domain knowledge is a must.
Other Qualifications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of data platforms and queries.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $158,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
