We're looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to join our Cybersecurity Initiatives Product Management team.
Reporting to the Director of Product Management - Cyber, you will be responsible for:
- Leading across teams to prioritize and drive enhancements to the Cyber portfolio.
- Creating comprehensive PRDs to ensure all teams understand the problems being solved and the requirements for solving them.
- Engaging with other product teams to ensure their success in leveraging the common Cyber services of the platform.
- Leading with a customer-centric approach and the ability to deeply empathize with customers and understand the pain points in the evolving cybersecurity landscape.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 8-10 years of experience in Enterprise Products with Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Network Security Product Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Deep understanding of SSE, SASE, Email Security, HTTP, DNS, SSL, IPS, Advanced Threat Protection, and Sandboxing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to Zscaler customers & partners, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience with Cybersecurity products such as Email Security, Advanced Threat Protection, IPS, and Sandboxing.
- Previous experience in problem solving, identifying requirements, and authoring functional specs.
- Strong engineering and Threat Research background - technical degree/certification, previous hands-on engineering experience preferred, and ideal candidates have customer-facing engineering experience - escalation engineering, sales engineering, deployment service, etc.
