Provides a warm and welcoming front office and administrative, financial and operational support towards the achievement of mission and strategic goals of Helping Hands Hawai`i.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greets guests and employees with a professional, friendly and warm welcome.
- Responsible for responding to inquiries, directing questions and greeting guests timely and appropriately. This may include receiving complaints from time to time and responding appropriately.
- Maintains a clean, presentable and safe front office with necessary supplies.
- Performs a variety of administrative support that includes but is not limited to data entry, scanning, faxing, coordinating appointments of vendors, ordering and receiving packages, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. Administrative tasks may apply to program specific services and other support in areas relating to health and safety, coordinating employee relations activities, records retention, finance, facilities maintenance, inventory, purchasing, technology and fundraising.
- Performs other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years customer service experience. Front office experience is preferred.
- Attention to details and deadlines.
- Organized and able to multitask.
- Working knowledge of Windows computer programs including database programs such as Word, Excel, Email, etc.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to use properly insured car is preferred.
Must comply with company code of ethics, confidentiality practices, HIPAA, safety and all other policies and procedures.
