Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fine dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant management and kitchen operations, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Restaurant Manager, you will lead a talented team, ensuring high standards of service and quality while fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
  • Oversee kitchen management to ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are met.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and improve service delivery.
  • Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and resolving any guest complaints or issues promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to supervise staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing training initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting a clean and organized work environment.

Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fine dining setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members through effective staff training.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and vendors professionally.
  • Proficient in kitchen management practices, including food safety protocols and inventory control.
  • Experience in coordinating banquet services or large-scale events is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for the restaurant industry with a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
