Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to help lead our front-of-house team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Overview
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations, supervise employees, and maintain high standards of service and hospitality. Your leadership will drive team success and ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Manage front-of-house staff to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
  • Guest Engagement: Anticipate and accommodate guest needs to deliver outstanding service.
  • Team Development: Hire, train, schedule, and support the development of all front-of-house employees.
  • POS Management: Regulate all POS functions requiring manager approval and ensure accurate financial reconciliations.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and company policies. Maintain sanitation standards and a clean, safe environment.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory and ordering of operational supplies.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest and employee concerns professionally.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Knowledge and Expertise: Stay informed about all food and beverage menus and ensure staff is equally knowledgeable.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory/management experience in a high-volume hospitality setting.
  • Education: Associate degree in Hospitality, Business, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and guest service abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and related technologies.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs.), and perform tasks involving repetitive motion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
