We're looking for an energetic person with great communication and customer service skills to be the next shift manager at our quick-service restaurant. You'll be in charge of running the shift, which means you'll have to greet and serve customers, watch over the staff, and run the restaurant for that shift. This position will work alongside team members to make sure all food and drinks are delivered quickly. As a shift manager, you'll be in charge of scheduling employees, giving them tasks, dealing with customer complaints, and making sure all food and drink safety rules are followed. You'll bring strong organizational skills, experience as a supervisor, and previous work in a fast food or quick service restaurant. If this describes you, please apply right away!

Responsibilities:

  1. Cover the duties of crew members who are unable to work their shifts.
  2. Help customers with their concerns in a quick, efficient, and friendly manner.
  3. Keep track of inventory and make sure every area is fully stocked by ordering supplies and coordinating product deliveries.
  4. Oversee, train, and schedule restaurant staff in shifts to ensure compliance and boost productivity levels.
  5. Assign tasks to employees and ensure they are completed effectively and properly to ensure fast and prompt service of food and beverages.
  6. Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts.
  7. Ensure food quality and service standards are met.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  9. Train and mentor team members to enhance performance.
  10. Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Must have previous experience in food service and the ability to perform various roles of restaurant crew, preferably in fast food or quick service.
  2. Experience with MS Office and other computer skills desired.
  3. A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
  4. Must have prior experience managing a staff or in a relevant supervisory role.
  5. Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Experience in the food service industry.
  7. Previous restaurant management experience preferred.
  8. Availability to work nights and weekends.
  9. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  10. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

$12 - $16 hourly
