General Manager for QSR/Fast Casual

Salary: $68,000 - $70,000

Location: Boston, MA

I am working with a client who is a fast-casual seafood restaurant looking for a General Manager to join their team. They are a seafood restaurant renowned for its focus on sustainably sourced products served in a casual and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure guests are provided with an exceptional experience.
2. Assist with the recruitment of team members. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, building and fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
3. Promptly and efficiently resolve all customer inquiries in a friendly manner.
4. Analyze sales and control expenses, payroll, and inventory.
5. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers.

Key Requirements:

1. 2+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
2. Confident and calm leader with superb communication and organizational skills.
3. Strong understanding of P&L’s and COG’s; you have strong financial acumen.
4. Genuine passion for the restaurant industry and a dedication to delivering memorable dining experiences to customers.
