Il Fornaio Restaurant FOH Manager Requirements / Responsibilities

Applicant must have:

1. A minimum of 2 years upscale dining management and table service experience
2. A strong organizational style with a keen eye for food service details
3. Full bar with "hands on" specialty cocktail preparation
4. CA and Italian wine service knowledge
5. A history of achievement in the restaurant and hospitality industry
6. A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
7. 2+ Years in an AGM role
8. RBS Certification
9. ServSafe Manager Certification
10. A positive leadership style
