Happy Apples, one of the top caramel apple producers in the country with multiple locations, is looking to hire a skilled, experienced individual to organize and oversee our various seasonal production lines. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the production lines and quality of output.

Ability to coordinate and schedule production, direct personnel for maximum performance, understand equipment operations, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment are a must.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
2. Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
3. Manage production schedule
4. Manage maintenance of equipment and buildings
5. Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
6. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
2. Strong mechanical and electrical skills
3. Strong leadership qualities
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
