Production Manager

Our client is a leader in specialty chemical manufacturing. Their products are used in many different industries, including consumer goods, coatings, food additives, and others. They are currently seeking a Production Manager to oversee operations at their facility outside of Indianapolis, IN.

As a Production Manager, job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Oversee plant production department including equipment and personnel
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for all local, federal, and company requirements/standards for all production areas
• Work cross-functionally to ensure daily production schedules and goals are met
• Maintain and keep necessary operation documentation and SOPs

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000

Job Requirements

As a Production Manager, job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• BS in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• 4+ years of experience as a hands-on Production/Process in a chemical manufacturing facility
• Experience in PSM regulated facilities ideal
• 1+ years of prior supervision experience
