Our client in Brown Deer, WI is seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and Lean Manufacturing to lead and optimize their production operations. If you have at least 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment and are passionate about improving processes, increasing efficiency, and delivering top-quality products, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day PCBA production activities, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety
2. Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
3. Implement and drive Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste, streamline processes, and increase productivity
4. Ensure adherence to production schedules and maintain optimal resource allocation
5. Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and other departments to resolve issues and improve production flow

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on PCBA
2. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their practical application
3. Proven track record in improving production processes and achieving operational goals
4. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills
