Florida Nursery, Growers, Landscaping Association is hiring: Production Manager

We are a small, quality-oriented woody ornamental nursery in Eastern Palm Beach County. We enjoy our work and work together like a "family".

Currently seeking someone who has experience in Production management and Crew management.

Tasks would include:

1. Fertilizer and herbicide schedules and inventory.
2. Step up, pruning, and potting schedules and crew implementation.
3. Assisting in all nursery duties including, but not limited to:
1. Pruning
2. Planting
3. Loading and offloading trucks

Regular maintenance of tools and golf carts, and minor irrigation repairs.

Protection of crops due to hurricanes, freeze, or floods.

Assisting customers.

Pay commensurate with experience and great attitude! PTO benefits available after 90-day probation period.
