Hallmark Aviation Services seeks to build a diverse team of highly motivated individuals to provide outstanding service to International Airlines at SFO (San Francisco International Airport).
Responsibilities
You will learn to perform the following functions throughout your employment:
- Learn behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport.
- Rotate through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other areas within the airport.
- Navigate through various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance.
- Professionally interact with high-profile passengers.
- Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- At least 18 years old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid US work authorization.
- Able to speak, read, and write in English.
- Flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays & overtime.
- Basic Math Skills: Adding, Subtracting, Division, and Multiplying.
- Computer literate.
- Effective communication and good listening skills.
- Able to multi-task and carry out duties in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of duties at an airport including assisting customers with fare quotes and boarding gate functions.
- Maintain appropriate and professional interaction with airline passengers, clients, and crew.
- Complete accurate cash handling transactions, manifests, and labeling.
- Operate machinery in accordance to operational policies and standards.
- Reading, interpretation & comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures.

- Varied shifts within a 24-hour clock.
