Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Professional


Location(s): Cary, NC


Responsibilities:


  1. Answer incoming service calls from customers to perform initial diagnosis and take actions to correct problems.
  2. Place outbound calls to internal and external customers as required to obtain immediate resolution and/or completion of tasks, providing additional guidance and education on processes as needed.
  3. Enlist management personnel, support, or repair organizations as necessary to facilitate trouble resolution.
  4. Provide information to the customer regarding the current status or resolution.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:


  1. Be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
  2. Individual must be able to work all shifts.
  3. Preferred Telecommunication Experience.

DESIRED SKILLS:


  1. Strong in customer service, appropriate phone manners, ability to think and react to changing situations.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:


  1. At minimum a High School diploma, some college preferred.

Experience:


  1. 3-5 years.
