We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator, working in Admin/Clerical industry in Chicago, Illinois, United States.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule a high volume of interviews daily.
2. Use applicant tracking system, Paycom, to open new requisitions, track interview activity, and create a variety of reports.
3. Maintain contact with candidates throughout the interview process; schedule interviews, provide feedback/updates, and cultivate relationships.
4. Assist with screening resumes for various openings.
5. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to plan and execute recruitment events.
6. Compile and process new hire paperwork.
