The work:

1. Lead Recruiting work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality including, but not limited to: Talent Acquisition, Talent and Performance Management.
2. Innovate and design function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet business process and function requirements.
3. Work closely with the business process owners to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive process efficiency.
4. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met.
5. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Here's what you need:

1. Workday Certification and/or Workday Implementation experience required.
2. Focused experience with recruiting implementations and projects related to Workday functionality.
3. Experience with Workday Recruiting modules, data, business strategies and policy/compliance guidelines.

Eligibility requirements:

1. Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$98,500—$184,900 USD
