Litigation Attorney - Wild, Carter & Tipton (Fresno)
Wild, Carter & Tipton is seeking experienced litigation attorneys who have 2 to 5 years of experience in business litigation, including motion work, preparation of pleadings, conducting discovery, and taking/defending depositions. Prior trial experience is a plus, but not required.
Applicants who obtain a position can expect to be responsible for case files, have client interactions, and gain courtroom experience. Wild, Carter & Tipton was established in 1893 and is Fresno’s oldest law firm. The firm’s attorneys represent clients on a wide variety of matters. New attorneys are encouraged to work with the firm’s partners to find a practice area that interests them.
Wild, Carter & Tipton offers a competitive salary based on experience ($100K - $150K). In addition, benefits include: a 401(k) plan, payment of California bar dues, MCLE, and health, vision, and dental insurance.
