What you'll do:
- Be the Orthodontist's right hand: Assist during patient exams, treatments, and procedures.
- Prepare for success: Set up treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure everything is ready for action.
- Capture clear pictures: Take and develop high-quality dental x-rays.
- Keep things organized: Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
- Safety first: Ensure infection control protocols are followed by meticulously sterilizing instruments.
- Lab whiz: Assist with lab duties such as pouring models and fabricating retainers.
Who you are:
- A Certified Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with a valid license.
- Experienced in orthodontics (preferred): You understand the ins and outs of braces and aligners!
- Communication rockstar: Possess excellent communication skills and can build rapport with patients.
