What you'll do:

  • Be the Orthodontist's right hand: Assist during patient exams, treatments, and procedures.
  • Prepare for success: Set up treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure everything is ready for action.
  • Capture clear pictures: Take and develop high-quality dental x-rays.
  • Keep things organized: Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
  • Safety first: Ensure infection control protocols are followed by meticulously sterilizing instruments.
  • Lab whiz: Assist with lab duties such as pouring models and fabricating retainers.

Who you are:

  • A Certified Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with a valid license.
  • Experienced in orthodontics (preferred): You understand the ins and outs of braces and aligners!
  • Communication rockstar: Possess excellent communication skills and can build rapport with patients.
  • Team player extraordinaire: Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with others.
