This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System.

• Hourly Rate - $27.72 - $39.60 depending on years of experience
• Night shift Diff: $3
• Weekend Diff: $2
• Sign-on Bonus – Up to $20,000 case-by-case

Responsibilities

• Shifts Available
  • Days: 7 am - 7 pm (Rotating weekends)
  • Nights: 7 pm - 7 am (Rotating weekends)
• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Facilitate patient care by making nursing assessments and diagnoses
• Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Requirements

• 1 year of recent RN experience (acute care experience is strongly preferred, but LTAC experience will be considered)
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start
• Current BLS required
• Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
• BSN is preferred
