As a leading hotel in the luxury market, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is looking for a Housekeeping Coordinator to join the Housekeeping Team at this beautiful property!

This Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond hotel has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes an elevated Mediterranean restaurant, a rooftop restaurant, lobby lounge, and in-room dining.

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you would be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to department managers in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  1. Perform word-processing, typing, e-mailing, data-entry, filing, faxing, copying, processing mail and taking notes and/or dictation.
  2. Expedite correspondence.
  3. Make travel arrangements.
  4. Perform other general office duties (filing, clerical, etc.) and assist with special projects as needed.
  5. Answer all calls in a timely, professional and friendly manner.
  6. Respond to Team Member and guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues via telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  7. Provide information and demonstrate knowledge of housekeeping facilities and services.
  8. Accept and deliver all messages promptly and accurately, utilizing proper grammar and spelling.
  9. Assist with dispatching team members as fit to deliver items to rooms.
  10. Track and maintain attendance, PTO, sick hours and vacation time for Housekeeping Team Members.
  11. Organize and execute payroll, including tracking adjustments of time cards.
