Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Cruise Business Strategies
Lead the creation and execution of North America-focused marketing and development strategies, encompassing market positioning, pricing strategy, promotions, and expansion efforts.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure market competitiveness. - Cruise Team Leadership and Management
Drive the cruise department’s strategic goals, with a focus on setting and meeting sales targets.
Develop the cruise market by expanding into new customer segments and maintaining key relationships.
Work collaboratively with other departments to optimize product operations and enhance brand competitiveness. - Marketing and Brand Development
Oversee marketing promotions and brand-building efforts to elevate the company’s reputation and market presence.
Organize industry forums to expand influence and foster customer service relationships. - Customer Relationship Management
Build and sustain strategic partnerships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Actively address customer feedback and continuously work on product and service improvements. - Product Design and Development
Lead the organization and design of innovative, competitive cruise products.
Expand product lines based on evolving market demands, ensuring a continuous cycle of innovation. - Operational Coordination
Collaborate with operations teams to maintain high service standards and alignment with business goals.
Resolve operational issues and make necessary adjustments in real time to ensure seamless delivery. - Innovation and Market Research
Stay informed on industry innovations, and proactively integrate new services and technologies.
Conduct market research to gather insights and adjust product offerings and strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
Work Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cruise or travel management, or a similar leadership role within the travel industry.
Personal Skills:
Demonstrated responsibility, exceptional communication and coordination abilities, and a collaborative team spirit.
Detail-oriented with a strong capacity for adaptability and problem-solving.
Professional Requirements:
Strong learning agility, proactivity, accountability, and integrity. Must have a knack for innovation and the ability to adapt swiftly to change.
Experience working in a multinational company is preferred.
Proficient in English and Spanish, with the ability to work in a bilingual environment.
