Sodexo is seeking a Retail Operations Manager for The University of North Carolina at Pembroke located in Pembroke, North Carolina. This position will oversee one Retail Manager, 4 national brands, and 2 Sodexo brands, including Starbucks, Papa Johns, Einstein's, and Chick-Fil-A. Prior experience with these brands is highly helpful. The emphasis is on customer satisfaction and providing outstanding service for our long-term Client within a modern, safe, and inviting environment.
The successful candidate will:
- have oversight of day-to-day operations;
- deliver high-quality food service;
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
- develop strategic plans;
- create a positive environment;
- ensure Sodexo standards are met.

- prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed;
- demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
