We are looking to build a truly great company and are JUST GETTING STARTED.Job Title: Head of Partnerships and Business DevelopmentLocation: United StatesWorkplace: RemoteThe Head of Partnerships and Business Development is a key leadership role focused on driving market expansion, building strategic relationships, and developing compelling investment cases that align with our company's mission and long-term growth strategy. This role is integral to shaping the strategic direction of the company, identifying new revenue streams, and building a robust pipeline of high-impact partnerships. Success will be based on an ability to network deeply and broadly within the real estate finance industry and to think creatively about where Rynoh can add value for other customer segments. Success will also be based on an ability to have an analytical and critical thinking mindset. The role will require deep discovery of opportunities coupled with the ability to quantify, analyze, and build well thought-out, well justified investment cases.What You Will Do As the Head of Partnerships and Business Development This role reports directly to Rynoh’s President and works collaboratively with the Rynoh senior leadership team. Primary responsibilities are: Strategic Planning & Market Expansion Develop and implement a growth-focused business strategy that aligns with our company’s mission and objectives. Identify and engage with key stakeholders across real estate verticals to forge high-impact relationships and partnerships. Conduct market analysis to evaluate competitive dynamics, emerging trends, and client needs to drive product and service offerings. Establish KPIs and other metrics to track the success of strategic initiatives and market expansion efforts. Business Development & Relationship Building Cultivate and maintain high-impact relationships within the real estate and financial services sectors to explore and develop expansion and delivery of Rynoh products and services. Lead negotiations and structure partnership agreements that drive long-term value for the company. Uncover new revenue streams by identifying and evaluating market opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and develop strategic alliances. Monitor partnership performance and ensure long-term success through data-driven decision-making and relationship management. Investment Case DevelopmentIdentify high-potential opportunities and build compelling investment cases and GTM plans to secure funding and resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct in-depth analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessments for new initiatives. Research and provide assumptions for pricing, volume, staffing and expenses needed to demonstrate attractive ROI and IRR models. Present investment cases and strategic proposals to executive leadership and the board of directors, ensuring alignment with financial goals and ROI objectives. Cross-functional Leadership & Collaboration Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution and alignment with market needs. Provide insights and guidance to support product development, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition efforts. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture What You Will Bring As the Head of Partnerships and Business Development 15+ years of experience and proven track record of networking and relationship building in real estate verticals such as building, lending, title and escrow, and property management with at least 10 years of experience representing SaaS technology companies. A strong Rolodex of industry contacts and the ability to leverage relationships to drive results. Demonstrated expertise in crafting and presenting investment cases to stakeholders, including defending assumptions and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Ability to think creatively and critically to identify unique partnerships that can leverage existing technology and value props for new client segments. Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the Real Estate industry, with a focus on leveraging SaaS solutions to address industry pain points specifically around financial controls including auditing and compliance. Demonstrated ability to create a measurable increase in revenue through partnerships and cross-segment expansion. Experience building a robust portfolio of strategic partnerships that accelerate company growth. Skilled in working cross functionally to align teams and resources. Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals. You will also be eligible to receive an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
