We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning Manager specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to lead and oversee the commissioning process for large-scale data center project. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and strategies for MEP systems.
- Coordinate with design, construction, and project management teams to ensure commissioning requirements are integrated into project timelines
Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead the commissioning team, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all MEP commissioning activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical and scheduling issues.
Testing & Verification:
- Oversee pre-functional testing, functional testing, and integrated system testing for MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Verify proper installation, operation, and performance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed commissioning records, including test results, system performance data, and punch lists.
- Provide regular progress reports to project leadership and clients.
- Prepare final commissioning documentation, including systems manuals and training materials.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all commissioned systems meet quality, safety, and operational performance standards.
- Identify and resolve deficiencies during commissioning and post-commissioning phases.
Training & Handover:
- Conduct training sessions for facility operations and maintenance staff.
- Facilitate the smooth handover of MEP systems to the operations team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering AND a minimum of ten (10) years of construction experience OR a minimum 8-10 years of experience in MEP commissioning or related roles in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated expertise in commissioning large-scale commercial, industrial, or semiconductor facilities.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor mechanical, process and electrical systems.
- Experience in construction and commissioning of ISO class cleanrooms, high purity piping and components and support systems for semiconductor manufacturing
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in industry-specific softwares
- Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), tablets and smartphones.
- MS project and other scheduling software a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Salary: $145,000 - $160,000 Annual
