Web/Graphic Designer Position Summary

The Web/Graphic Designer is responsible for developing brand assets in a variety of formats, channels and venues, from collateral and advertising materials to apparel, websites and trade show displays.

Web/Graphic Designer Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with members of the Marketing & Communications team to develop and execute creative strategies for internal and external communications efforts. Design, develop and maintain company websites; create engaging, functional and user-friendly web and landing pages. Create on-brand brochures, ads (digital and print), trade show displays, apparel designs, presentations, and graphics for digital and print applications. Assist in developing, ordering, and stocking branded apparel. Maintain, promote, and safeguard the Lexicon brand and graphic standards in all areas of communication. Work in and maintain the team's project management system. Work with the Content Creator and Marketing Director to develop content for Lexicon's internal and external communications platforms. Utilize and optimize use of the company's Digital Asset Management System. Work with outside vendors (designers, photographers, videographers, editors, as needed to create engaging multi-media content for all channels. Support Lexicon companies, divisions and departments with on-brand proposals, presentations and collateral materials. Stay current on content, social, and digital trends as it relates to our business. Contribute marketing and communications ideas and recommendations to the Marketing and Communications team. Complete special projects assigned by the Marketing Director. The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required. Web/Graphic Designer Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in web, graphic or multimedia design. Must have a strong, varied digital portfolio. Minimum of two years' experience in a related capacity. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles with proven experience in web design. Experience in website editing with WordPress, content marketing, photography, and videography. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Suite or related software.

Web/Graphic Designer Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds occasionally. Some overnight travel. All the physical demands listed are essential functions. Benefits
