Additionally, groundbreaking generative AI features in flagship products like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Express, and Adobe Illustrator further enable enterprises to scale content creation seamlessly and efficiently.We are seeking a Sr. Director of Product Management, who will report to the VP, to define a compelling product vision, craft a pragmatic strategy, and build an exceptional application experience for scaling and automating production of creative content in enterprises. This leader will build upon Adobe's Firefly APIs, generative model customization, and seamlessly integrate with Digital Experience and Creative Cloud products and services. A significant part of the role is to partner and work very closely with the GenStudio application team to use many of the foundational platform and UI services to build the scaled production experience to ensure we’re using existing technology to accelerate time-to-market.What you'll doLead product strategy, management, and execution for Firefly Enterprise ExperiencesPartner closely with design, engineering, technical program management, other product teams to develop and ship delightful experiencesPartner with the business strategy and planning teams to determine pricing, packaging, and monetization strategiesPartner with pre-sales teams to deliver a repeatable sales motion and post-sales teams to deliver the fastest route to value realization and high customer satisfactionDefine a clear, committed and flexible product roadmap; Drive objectives and key results to measure success.Spot risks, find opportunities, understand competitive landscapes and emerging trends, articulate implications, translate insight into pragmatic, fast-cycle actionContinuously learn and confirm/adjust decision-making using data-driven insightsFrequently interact with customers & adjust to the customer context (e.g. research, alpha/beta programs, and participation in sales and customer success interactions)Conceptualize and evaluate creative enterprise product and workflow prototypes using knowledge of creative production, Adobe APls, external APls, and customer needsBuild out a Product Management teamPresent to Adobe leadership and at conferences and other executive forumsWhat you'll need to succeed15+ years of demonstrated product management leadership and experience in fast-moving, technically oriented contextExpertise in Creative tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma and creative workflows that create content at scaleUnderstanding and experience using innovative GenAI models and applicationsShown experience in a 'start-up' or 'O > 1' scaling environment; Founder-mentalityExtreme passion for solving customer problems Excellent "connector" of people, ideas, activityOutstanding analytic, problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to context switch across products, projects, and customersProven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams in a matrixed organizationAbility to work autonomously, lead through influence and deliver on-time with qualityFlexibility to travel for customers as needed (~30% of time)Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $185,900 -- $391,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
