Join us as the Sr Product Manager for Adobe’s new Unified Customer Portal. You'll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a critical customer-facing platform, from defining features and user journeys to leading the product roadmap, release calendar, and ongoing improvements. You'll connect business goals with engineering teams, ensuring that every feature aligns with customer needs, technical feasibility, and the overall direction of the company.Develop a platform for Adobe's Unified Customer Portal that coordinates with the global go-to-market approach of our products and offerings. Lead scrum teams, create detailed product requirements, and optimize user experiences while considering platform scalability and technical constraints.What You’ll Do:Product and Technical Strategy: Define the product vision and strategy for the Unified Customer Portal, translating business goals into actionable technical roadmaps and feature sets. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and design teams to ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, maintainable, and align with Adobe’s technology stack and standard methodologies for product lifecycle management.Agile Execution and Delivery: Run scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives, to ensure timely and quality feature delivery. Translate market and customer requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, guiding development teams to implement features that delight customers and improve product performance.Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to identify new opportunities, refine requirements, and continuously improve product offerings. Use analytics and user feedback to advise backlog prioritization, optimize workflows, and ensure that all new capabilities serve real customer problems.User Journeys and Feature Development: Craft intuitive user flows and feature sets that drive product adoption, customer success, and tangible value realization. Ensure seamless integration of new features with existing systems, and maintain a cohesive user experience across the Unified Customer Portal.What's needed to succeedExperience: 6+ years of product management experience in software, support services, or professional services. A background in product marketing or technical product management is a plus.Technical Acuity: Consistent track record with breaking down sophisticated technical requirements, collaborate closely with engineering teams, and understand underlying platform components, APIs, and integrations.Business and Analytical Proficiency: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing; MBA or meaningful experience preferred. Strong analytical capabilities to interpret market opportunities, customer insights, and product performance metrics, advising data-driven decisions.Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts to non-technical collaborators and rallying distributed teams around a shared vision. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from idea to completion.Organizational Excellence: Skilled at prioritizing tasks, managing sophisticated projects, and maintaining focus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The U.S. pay range for this position is $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
