Senior Investment Analyst - Senior Housing
Lloyd Jones LLC is looking for an experienced financial analyst for a full-time salaried
position.

Lloyd Jones is a private equity real estate investment firm doing business under the same
leadership since 1980. Focused on senior housing, the firm acquires independent living,
assisted living, and memory care facilities throughout the country. Property operations for its
acquisitions are provided by the firm's subsidiary, AVIVA Senior Living.

Senior Investment Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Analyze complex financial models and make ongoing investment recommendations.
• Conduct in-depth investment research on active portfolios and assess the long-term profit-loss trajectory.
• Reduce financial risk based on current and forecasted market trends and financial data.
• Prepare detailed reports that help senior management make key investment decisions.
• Use complex analysis software and applications to forecast and assemble financial data.
• Keep all portfolios and financial data up to date.
• Stay current on the latest financial trends and regulations.
• Follow all government regulatory rules and regulations and company policies and procedures.

Senior Investment Analyst Experience and Expertise required:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a financial analyst, with experience in senior housing.
• Must have outstanding Excel skills to create and use complex analytical spreadsheets.
• Strong command of financial and statistical analytics.
• Excellent qualitative and quantitative research and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Comfortable using complex financial tracking and data processing software.
