Financial Analyst.

Cyndx Advisors LLC d/b/a CDX Advisors seeks a Financial Analyst.Job Duties:Develop and maintain complex financial models, applications, and databases to perform financial and quantitative modelling for transactions. Prepare financial analysis, including detailed valuation analysis such as discounted cash flow, accretion and dilution, M&A transactions pro forma analysis, comparative company analysis and sum of the parts analysis. Analyze new business opportunities and review operating and valuation models for potential acquisitions. Conduct due diligence, prepare materials for clients and maintain relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and bankers. Conduct comprehensive and in-depth research to assess market conditions, analyze data and competitive dynamics. Coordinate information flow, maintain legal documentation, engagement letters, confidentiality agreements and all other related documents. Assist the team to execute transactions and manage transactions processes. Mentor teams of Analysts, prepare internal approval memos and confidential information memorandums to execute transactions. Perform detailed analysis to provide insight on financial results, variance to budget, and tracking to forecast.
