Holden Rehabilication and Skilled Nursing Center 32 Mayo Drive Holden, Massachusetts 1520 Qualifications: Job Summary The Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA), under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, is responsible for providing therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.
