We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our Consumable Private Brands team, focusing on Omnichannel operations with the Amazon Fresh Grocery and Whole Foods Market private brand teams. This role will be pivotal in driving process improvements, optimizing ways of working, and enhancing overall operational efficiency and strategy across our private brand ecosystem.
Key job responsibilities
- Omnichannel Operations: Own and optimize end-to-end Omnichannel operations for Consumable Private Brands, ensuring seamless integration with Amazon Fresh Grocery and Whole Foods Market private brand initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience across all channels.
- Ways of Working: Establish and refine best practices for cross-functional collaboration, particularly between teams.
- Joint Deal Management: Lead the development and implementation of joint deal strategies and respective marketing calendars to support category growth.
- Assortment Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize product assortment across channels, ensuring a cohesive and profitable product mix.
- Profitability Improvement: Create and execute comprehensive plans to improve profitability of private brand products across all channels.
- Negotiation Strategies: Develop and implement effective Omnichannel negotiation strategies with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive favorable terms and conditions.
- Operational Excellence: Work closely with the Amazon Fresh Grocery private brand team to ensure operational alignment, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to inform strategic decisions and measure performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple teams and departments.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
