L4 Marketing Program Manager, Amazon Devices
Amazon Devices — the team behind the best-selling Amazon Echo, Kindle E-Reader, Fire Tablet, Fire TV, and Home Security product lines — is seeking a Product Marketing Manager as we expand our marketing operations team in Costa Rica. From Day 1, the successful candidate will support the business operation across the Amazon Devices organization, for a diverse range of marketing programs in support of new product launches and sales activities.
The Marketing Program Manager will support a wide range of onsite program execution for Amazon Devices. This role will be responsible for delivering best-in-class merchandising programs and optimization of customer experience, while finding and driving efficiencies and process improvements.
Key job responsibilities
- Project manage, and deliver milestones on time for various product launch and lifecycle marketing projects as part of their programmatic responsibilities throughout the year.
- Own stakeholder communications, execution, status updates, and operational performance reporting.
- During execution, proactively identify roadblocks/risks to the project, drive the resolution of problems, and either manage their resolution or ensure a clear hand-off to the right owner.
- Track and record operational metrics such as project progress and number of campaigns built to help the team deliver on our commitments and identify opportunities for automation.
- Contribute to strengthening our standard operating procedures as they develop expertise in different marketing tasks.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Must be in current level (L4) to apply.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in campaign building processes, project management, and scheduling.
- 2+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to leadership
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
