The Amazon Fresh Grocery Team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Growth to be a single threaded leader responsible for delivering key insights on our business health in order to drive business and operational planning. In this role, you will be responsible for converting data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate is an analysis expert who leverages a variety of data platforms and analytical tools to provide timely, meaningful, and consumable information. They build deep contextual and domain knowledge, ensure data quality, and build scalable tools.

In this role, Sr. Product Manager - Growth will work across Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Technology, and Finance Teams to lead new, high impact projects. The role requires innovative thinking, deep dive abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills. As Sr. Product Manager leading growth programs, you will be responsible for delivering high visibility programs that improve the end-to-end grocery experience for our customers and have a sizeable impact on customer retention and acquisition. This is a highly visible role with direct, ongoing impact to the P&L and our customers’ experience, and we are looking for an exceptional candidate with a proven track record in delivering results in ambiguous, high-paced environments who is passionate about data analytics.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop and implement KPI's, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to meet business needs.
  2. Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
  3. Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions, including owning specific workstreams.
  4. Own the development and maintenance of new and existing solution artifacts which are focused on driving efficiency within the business via analysis, metrics, and reporting dashboards.
  5. Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve the S&OP process, forecast accuracy, and cost.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
