Our client, a leading organization in the education technology sector, is seeking a Product Owner to join their team. As a Product Owner, you will be part of the Product Management department supporting various teams including Admissions and Records, Enrollment, and End User teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a detail-oriented approach which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Product Owner
Location: Remote
Pay Range: up to $62 per hour
What's the Job?
Document use cases for creating a Staff Portal to assist various teams in managing student records.
Document stories in Asana and create criteria for the completion of a story using Agile methodologies.
Define and document roles and privileges for each team utilizing the Staff Portal.
Create and manage Launch Plans for new features and ensure seamless data migration.
Monitor feature success post-launch to validate areas of improvement and define KPIs for each feature.
What's Needed?
3 years of Product Management experience, preferably in the Edtech sector.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Asana.
Ability to create training documentation and workflows for various teams.
Understanding of data infrastructure and integration with systems like AWS, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
