Warehouse Team Lead Job at Crown Staffing - Joliet in Bolingbrook

Our Client in Bolingbrook is looking for a warehouse lead/Forklift Operator, this is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Hours Monday to Friday 8a-4p

Pay $20.00- $21.00

Responsibilities:

• Oversee 2-4 employees to make sure operations are running efficiently
• Prioritize and delegate tasks, oversee projects, etc.
• Assist with various warehouse functions from shipping and receiving, unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
• Prepare orders by processing and pulling materials utilizing our internal system
• Maintain inventory flow while using FIFO and bin locations
• Prepare daily outbound shipments
• Schedule/assist with inventory cycle counts and annual inventory counts
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a warehouse environment utilizing leadership skills
• Excellent supervisory, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience driving sit down and reach truck
• Forklift certification
• Ability to operate and maintain warehouse machinery and equipment
