Our client is seeking an IT Consultant to join their team. In this critical role, you will serve as a key technical member focused on maintaining and expanding the company's Sales and Marketing applications.
Job Title: IT Consultant
Location: Remote
Schedule: Remote
Payrate: $75 Hourly
What’s the Job?
Maintaining and expanding the Sales & Marketing technical footprint.
Ensuring service delivery assurance and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Root cause analysis of incidents, devising solutions, and preparing post-mortem incident reports.
Creating alerts and reports vital to Sales & Marketing business processes to spot issues before they affect critical systems.
Delivering projects within budget and customer expectations.
What’s Needed?
Extensive Oracle/TPM knowledge required.
Extensive knowledge of IT, systems development, and systems analysis and design.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
Technical competency in SQL and relational database design concepts especially in an CPG environment
5+ years of experience working with Trade Promotion Management Systems.
Knowledge of food service, retail, and B2B go-to-market strategy
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
