Are you a skilled Phlebotomist and Medical Assistant with experience working with seniors? Senior Doc Management, LLC, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant to join our mobile healthcare team in the San Jose area!


About the Role

In this mobile position, you will provide essential phlebotomy services and medical assistance to senior patients in various settings. As part of our team, you will drive to different patient locations, offering flexible scheduling while ensuring high-quality care. Experience working with seniors is required, and you must have your own reliable transportation to travel between patient visits.


Key Responsibilities

  • Blood Draws: Collect blood samples from senior patients with care and precision for medical testing.
  • Sample Collection: Collect various samples, including urine, sputum, and throat swabs, ensuring accurate labeling and processing.
  • Patient Interaction: Provide compassionate care and support to senior patients, explaining procedures in a calming manner to ease anxiety.
  • Sample Transport: Safely transport samples to local labs like Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp.
  • Screening Tests: Conduct basic screening tests with accuracy for diagnostic purposes.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assemble and maintain phlebotomy equipment and properly dispose of medical instruments.
  • Safety & Sanitation: Follow strict infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean, organized work environment.
