Job Description
A pharmaceutical distribution company is looking for a Business Analyst to oversee Enterprise Projects within Infrastructure, Security and Compliance. We are looking for a BA who has worked cross functionally with IT teams and understands security/compliance projects specifically (HITRUST, SOX Compliance, etc). This person will gather and analyze requirements for IT
process improvements, governance frameworks, security, compliance, and
infrastructure-related projects. We are looking for someone to capture and document governance and compliance-related requirements,
ensuring alignment with organizational policies and regulatory standards. This role is 100% remote but it would be preferred if this person is local to Temecula, CA or Dallas, TX or Kernersville, NC.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (specifically working on compliance, security, and infrastructure projects such as audits/assessments (BIA, HITRUST, SOX Compliance, etc.), infrastructure knowledge.
Need to share processes they are familiar with as a Business Analyst in IT (Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, Quality Assurance) and demonstrate how they capture requirements.
Need details on documentation used as a Business Analyst (Business Requirements document (BRD), User Stories, Use Cases, Data mapping, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Functional and System Requirements documents, Test case, etc.) They may be asked an abbreviation of these types of documents and should be able to tell us what the abbreviation stands for.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Lucid Chart
Bachelors Degree Experience in the pharmaceutical, lifesciences or supply chain industry
Local to Temecula, CA or Dallas, TX or Kernersville, NC
Experience with OnePlan (Project Management tool) null
