General Role Description:

The Digital Strategy Lead, Customer Success aides the organization in the creation, execution, and dissemination of our strategic plans and associated initiatives. Offer crucial business intelligence and strategic planning assistance for specific business sectors or the entire company. Responsibilities will include leading initiatives to scrutinize intricate business problems and issues

using data from various sources. Expertise will be vital in supporting multi-functional efforts to interpret and create recommendations and plans based on company and external data analysis. Tasked with guiding business leaders by providing data-driven strategic direction to pinpoint and address business issues and opportunities.

Role objectives:

Work closely with SW Product Management and Customer Success Product Specialists to create adoption materials for new customers for Zebra's new communication platform for digital delivery.

Drive direct to End User digital delivery strategy for adoption materials, including through Zebra partners who resell Zebra Workcloud Collaboration/Voice/Task solutions

Create usage and product roadmap-driven digital customer outreach and appropriate define strategy for sales awareness and follow-up by Zebra and/or Partner sellers

Work with Partners and Distributors to drive strategy for digital Customer Succes and partner Customer Success

Responsibilities:

• Utilize business knowledge to decipher trends and patterns in datasets, integrating KPIs/MBOs

annually to create and influence recommendations for complex challenges.

• Investigate, research, and analyze data to provide recommendations for new business growth

opportunities.

• Collaborate with management to maintain the GTM strategy in Region and gain alignment

with among work partners and businesses, such as Sales, Learning, Marketing, Sales Ops, and

Finance.

• Generate and drive enhancements to the overall sales GTM strategy by working closely with

Global Strategy and Sales Operations.

• Collaborate with marketing, training, finance, sales operations, and sales leads to improve

information for decision making and analysis.

• Provide guidance and manage communication and change management process for all

initiatives.

• Work with Salesforce.com, Oracle, Clarify, and other tools for reports and analysis

• May mentor junior level analysts in technical and organizational effectiveness

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 12+ years of experience in a sales strategy or analytics-related role

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading strategic initiatives

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally

• A self-starter with anpassion for collaboration and problem-solving

• Strong thought leadership and influencing skills

• Ability and desire to learn new tools quickly

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Salesforce.com, or Microsoft Power BI are an added plus

Salary: USD 117700.00 - USD 176500.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
