An Overnight General Maintenance will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas. Guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included. An Overnight General Maintenance Engineer will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas, as well as good communication skills. Strong troubleshooting skills (electricity, plumbing, etc.) are essential.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing maintenance operations effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues before they escalate.
