We’re looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant at an exciting time - we’ve successfully launched multiple platforms and products, raised over $60m in VC funding, reached profitability, and have a growth trajectory of over 300% for 2024.

WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN

As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our patients, attorneys, and case managers. We're seeking a resourceful, proactive, and entrepreneurial individual who shares our passion for revolutionizing the diagnostic imaging industry.

This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm. After completing training, there will be some hybrid flexibility in the role (1-2 days/week).

Some of the types of things you could be getting involved in are:

  • Maintaining various files, logs, and medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
  • Interacting with attorneys and case managers via call and email regarding patient records and payment status
  • Preparation and sending of invoices
  • Updating our internal database to reflect case updates

WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE

You don't need to tick all the boxes to apply for this role. Whether it's your first or fifth role, we believe everyone can add value and that everyone should want to learn. However, these might be some of the ways you are currently adding value:

  • You have previous experience in data entry, and are comfortable working with large sets of data in Excel
  • You pay strong attention to detail and are hyper-organized
  • You're a self-starter and are highly self-motivated
  • Previous experience working in electronic health/medical record systems is a huge plus
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA and other medical insurance regulations and terminology is preferred

We try to keep our interview process short and as a small business we can move through the stages quickly. Generally speaking, this is what you can expect:

  • Introductory call/interview with Sam, our Talent Lead, lasting around 30 minutes.
